Nicole Kilian (she/her) is a clinical intern working toward licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Westfield State University and is currently completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at William James College.
Nicole works with individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, executive dysfunction and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring these modalities to each client's unique needs. Nicole is also a certified holistic health coach and a certified executive functioning coach. She takes a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy, emphasizing collaboration, strengths-based growth, and individualized care. Nicole works with clients to develop practical skills and new perspectives that support emotional well-being, build self-esteem, and promote lasting change. Outside of her work, Nicole enjoys reading, drawing and painting, spending time with her two cats, and being outdoors |
