Additional consideration will be given to therapists interested in providing DBT, EMDR, CBT, or working with children and adolescents. Our DBT Team consists of DBT-LBC Certified therapists, DBT Consultation Teams, and ten therapists performing full protocol DBT. Opportunities are also present to develop Groups, Workshops, and Intensives in your clinical specialty.
Pay Range: W2 Position. Fee for Service compensation varies depending on licensure and length of service provided. For example, compensation for a 60-minute session range is between:

- $60-$62 for pre-licensed and provisionally licensed therapists (MA, MS, LCSW)
- $67-$69 for LICSW/LMHC
- $100-$102 for Licensed Psychologists
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele
- Contribute to the practice's mission of providing exceptional mental health care in a compassionate and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical environment
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Active Massachusetts licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist, or eligibility for licensure if you are a pre-licensed or provisionally licensed therapist
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations
- Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Licensed therapists: 15 sessions per week minimum
- Pre-licensed or preliminarily licensed therapists: 26 sessions a week minimum
