Job Title: Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist)
Location: Westborough, MA (hybrid options available)
Castlebrook Counseling Services, Inc. is a thriving mental health practice dedicated to providing effective and empathic care to our clients. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Mental Health Clinicians (LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) to join our team.
Additional consideration will be given to clinicians interested in providing DBT, EMDR, CBT, or working with children and adolescents. Our DBT Team consists of DBT-LBC Certified Clinicians, DBT Consultation Teams, and ten Clinicians performing full protocol DBT. Opportunities are also present to develop Groups, Workshops, and Intensives in your clinical specialty.

Pay Range: W2 Position. Fee for Service compensation varies depending on licensure and length of service provided. Additional differentials are available to clinicians offering Full-Protocol DBT.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele
- Contribute to the practice's mission of providing exceptional mental health care in a compassionate and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards
- Actively participate as a positive and collaborative member of the clinical environment.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
- Active Massachusetts licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations
- Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to professional standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- 15 sessions per week minimum
