We strongly believe that having the "right fit" with your therapist is one of the primary factors for therapy to be successful. Our Intake Clinician will work one-on-one with you to match you to the therapist that best fits your needs.
When meeting with an individual therapist, you can expect that the first few sessions will be spent exploring your life experiences and getting a foundational understanding of the challenges you are currently facing. You and your therapist will collaborate to find the most effective approaches to support you in your work. |
Couples & Family Therapy
In Couples Therapy or Family Therapy, you will meet with a therapist who is trained to help you and your partner or family members improve communication, address problematic dynamics and patterns, and improve interpersonal connections.
Family involvement is an important aspect of therapy with children, and may be incorporated as part of a child's individual therapy session or in addition to their scheduled sessions. As children get older, it is often more helpful to have a separate therapist for family sessions. |
