Jill Walden, LICSW is a licensed independent clinical social worker who received bachelor’s degrees in neuroscience and psychology at the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Social Work at Salem State University.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. She has helped individuals with various treatment needs, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, complex family dynamics, and helping those who identify as LGBTQ+. Jill uses a variety of approaches in her work, primarily drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), knowledge of family systems, and mindfulness techniques. She enjoys exploring personality typing and how that informs how we interact with our world.
