Cheryl Oliveri, LICSW is an independently licensed clinical social worker who has a background in medical and developmental social work, and works with individuals of all ages.
She has over 35 years of experience in treating complex mental health and family dynamics. Cheryl also has a sub-speciality treating individuals in the transgender and LGBTQ+ community. Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, school adjustment issues, and developmental issues. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques including play therapy with younger clients, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist individuals in learning how to view their challenges, abilities, and strengths differently. She has a solution-oriented, direct style and uses her years of experience to build relationships with her clients to help them to move forward toward their goals. |
