Kaitlyn Hall, LMHC (she/her) is an independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor that strives to provide quality treatment that is both trauma-informed and gender-affirming.
Kaitlyn has experience working with adults, with disordered eating and body dysmorphia as well as anxiety, depression, and mood dysregulation. She is passionate about helping competitive athletes improve their performance anxiety, prioritize their mental and physical health, and plan for retirement from sport. Kaitlyn received her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from Becker College and continues to sharpen her DBT approach in both individual and group work. She also has specialized training in Creative Arts Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Kaitlyn enjoys assisting individuals in navigating life's various challenges and providing clients with opportunities for self-growth and introspection, at their own pace.
